メインのページと階層の異なるレイアウトを使っているページから、動的相対パス指定でコンポーネントを使うとパスの解決に失敗する

      /layout/layout.html というレイアウトを使う /index.html から comp/component.html のようなパス指定で m:insert を使うと、このパスを /layout/comp/component.html のように探してしまい見つけられない。
      rev.3447 でコンポーネント内から外を親と見なすようになったことから問題が発生。
